effective March 21, 2024.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our doors.
Over the years, it has been our privilege to work with you, and we are deeply grateful for the
trust and loyalty you have shown our company. Your support has allowed us to serve you and
grow together, and we will always be proud of the relationships we have built over the years.

We have been working with a company many of you know already, Customer Engineering
Services (CES), to be an option for service and support of your wet labs and associated
equipment going forward. CES has supplied service and support on wet labs for over 20 years
and has staff trained on both Fujifilm and Noritsu labs and other associated equipment. To
